Roy Horton Has a Solid AX ride in Fort Wayne, IN

I raced at the Fort Wayne, Indiana Arenacross last weekend and it went much better then Chicago event the week prior. 

 

Friday Night

I won both of my heats races and got a 3rd in Lites main event and a 4th in the 450 main event after a small tip over.

 

Saturday Night

Saturday went a little better.   I won both of my heats again, and I finally got a descent start to a main event!    I passed for the lead early in the race and went on to win the Lites main event!

 

In the 450 class I also got out of the hole ok.   I started 4th and got into 2nd pretty fast.  I pulled up to the leader about 6 laps in but I had to back off the gas because I got a rear flat tire.  I decided to ride around and do the best I could with it.  At the end of the race I finished 4^th.

 

I was a little disappointed because that extra 700 dollars would have been nice! Overall though it was a good weekend no stuffing, no confrontations and just had good fun racing.
